Texas troubadours The Flatlanders are back with Sittin’ On Top Of The World.
In case you forgot, The Flatlanders are Butch Hancock, Joe Ely and Jimmie Dale Gilmore. Its been 12 long years since the trio released an album of new material. But the drought is over and The Flatlanders new album, Treasure Of Love is due out July 9th. And while Sittin’ On Top Of The World is not a new song… it was originally written and recorded back in the 1930s… we here at The 13th Floor thought you should start your Saturday morning with a spin from this upcoming album.
