Luke Buda on Buda: 13th Floor Interview

Luke Buda graces us with his new solo album, simply titled Buda, this Friday. We’ve heard it and we are very impressed. Here’s Luke to tell us how he made it.

You know Luke Buda as one of the creative forces behind The Phoenix Foundation. But when he’s left to his own devices he tends to create solo albums. Buda is his third and will be released tomorrow.

Although it is a solo effort, Luke’s had a bit of help, both from his bandmates and from friends such as Don McGlashan, Riki Gooch, Anita Clark and studio guru Lee Prebble.

The 13th Floor’s Marty Duda spoke to Luke at length about making Buda and annoying Morrissey. You can’t beat that!
