Rescheduled Nadia Reid show for Auckland

Here’s an update regarding Nadia Reid’s aborted show at The Tuning Fork this past Saturday…

For Immediate Release:

Nadia Reid had to call her show to a halt on Saturday evening show at Auckland’s Tuning Fork due to a virus she had been battling for a number of days that decided to crescendo on Saturday.

A valiant effort was attempted to please the fans but she could only get through three songs before having to call it quits. The sold-out crowd were very generous offering a applause to the singer / songwriter in support.

Nadia posted on her social media, “To my Auckland show attendees. I’m so so sorry for having to stop my show tonight. I tried my absolute best to do the show but my body has just stopped and I couldn’t do the songs justice. Thank you so much for coming. … ”

On Monday afternoon Nadia reports she is on track for recovery.

A rescheduled date has been confirmed as this Thursday April 14th at Tuning Fork.

Existing tickets for the Saturday show will still be valid. Anyone needing refunds can contact Ticketmaster.

If any door sales are available for the Thursday night show – Nadia will post on her facebook page to advise. https://www.facebook.com/hellonadiareid/
